Terms & Conditions for Digital Marketing Services

These Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the rules under which RedLemon.live may provide digital marketing and related services to clients.

These terms apply to all agreements between RedLemon.live and the client, overriding any other terms the client may attempt to introduce, whether by trade, custom, or prior dealings. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Contractual Relationship

  • This Agreement creates an independent contractor relationship between the client and RedLemon.live. No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is implied or intended.
  • The service start date will be mutually agreed upon, and fees will be applied accordingly.
  • RedLemon.live reserves the right to subcontract any part of the services to third-party providers.
  • We may cancel the contract at any time if deemed necessary.

2. Payment Terms

  • For monthly services, payment in full is required before work begins.
  • For fixed-price services, the agreed-upon amount must be paid in advance before work commences.
  • Invoices may be issued monthly, quarterly, annually, or in accordance with your service renewal schedule.
  • Failure to pay an invoice on time may result in immediate termination of services.

3. Liability

  • RedLemon.live is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays due to factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for claims, losses, or damages caused by third parties relating to advertising, defamation, or product/service issues submitted by the client.
  • We are not responsible for patent, copyright, or trademark claims related to content, products, or services provided by the client.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client information, including contact details and login credentials, is kept strictly confidential.
  • Reasonable measures are taken to prevent data loss, misuse, or alteration.
  • RedLemon.live uses SSL encryption for secure transactions and may use cookies to improve user experience, display relevant content, and optimize website performance.
  • While we strive to protect client data, we cannot guarantee complete security and are not liable for losses resulting from security breaches.

5. Amendments to Terms

  • RedLemon.live reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
